Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
Fare (Exact Fare is required)
- General Public: $2.00 per trip for the first 5 miles and an additional $1.00 over 5 miles
- Seniors (60+);Veterans;Medicare, Medicaid; Children 16 & older: $1.00 per trip for the first 5 miles and an additional $1.00 over 5 miles
- Children 15 and under FREE
Passenger Rules & Reminders
The following guidelines have been established to ensure all passengers have a safe and convenient ride.
Please follow these guidelines as you use the transit buses.
- Passengers 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- We don't transport bicycles.
- Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on transit vehicles.
- The use of tobacco products is not allowed on transit vehicles.
- Carry-on items must be limited to small sizes that can be carried onto the bus by the passenger in one trip.
- All items must be kept secured and out of the bus aisles.
- No vandalism of transit property.
- All passengers must be seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- Service animals are only allowed on transit vehicles.
- Medicare cards must be shown to the driver or you may call for a card to show the driver by calling 770-345-6238 and providing us proof of medicare & medicaid card.
- The CATS office or CATS App will give you a timeline for when to expect the bus.
o Example: If you are given an estimation time of 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM. You will need to be at
the stop by 9:00 AM. - The passenger will need to be at the pickup location on time.
- The bus will wait 2 minutes from when the bus arrives at the pick-up location.
- If passengers are not at the location after 2 minutes, they will be marked a no-show.
- Passengers will have to rebook any missed trips and may have to wait up to an hour for pick-up.
- You will be allowed only 2 rebooks a day. If you no-show both rebook trips, you will not be allowed to
book any more trips for that day. - Multiple No-Shows can lead to a suspension of rides for 30 days.
