DID YOU RECEIVE A SUBPOENA?

If you received a Superior Court criminal jury trial subpoena to appear as a witness for the State of Georgia in Cherokee County, you must appear in court as a witness.

You may place yourself on call by emailing [email protected] or by calling 770-704-2530 with this information:

· Full name

· Home, work, and cell phone numbers

· Case name and criminal court case number

It is essential that you provide all of this information to be placed on call.

Being placed on call via phone or email means you will not have to appear in court until a representative from the District Attorney’s Office contacts you and lets you know when to appear.
