Fireworks Display Permit
To apply for a fireworks display permit, go to https://cityview.cherokeega.com/cvprodportal/ and click on apply for a building permit under Building Department. The type will be a Fire Prevention permit.
The fee for a fireworks display permit is $100.00. You can find more information by going to https://cherokeecountyfire.com/_pages/Permits-Fireworks.php
In addition to the fireworks display permit, you will also need to apply for a special event permit (as long as the display is within unincorporated Cherokee County. Displays within city limits will not require a county special event permit) The fee for a special event permit is $50.00.
